Any recommendations for a waver?

Looking for a really good wave iron, and it seems like no one has ever tried one. I found three different ones at Ulta.com, but I don't know which one is good. Any recommendations? 

Rained out birthday

I don't know what to do. I'm so disappointed. My original plan to go with all my friends to the Swedish Midsummer celebration in Battery Park for my birthday tomorrow is squashed. The rain is non-stop and it's cold. I hate it. When it's like this I just want to stay in and watch movies. 

At least I have taken tomorrow off. Pampering time all day. Mani and Pedi, maybe even a facial. I just need a day to relax all by myself.  

Maybe Saturday we'll go out in the city, but we'll see.

For you skinny girls

I love these shorts! Surprisingly they are from the GAP. Not sure they would look good on me though. I think you need to be really skinny for the pleats in the front. I think they are supercute! $49.50, gap.com.

Best jeans ever

Granted, I do like J Crew's denim, especially their Matchstick cut. (Sewn by the same US manufacturer as Diesel brand). But still, all time favorite jeans brand is 7 for All Mankind. 

After a few years with skinny jeans now, I'm kind of getting into slim bootcut fit again. I got a pair of distressed, and now I found another pair that I want. Not too dark, not to light, just perfect.

The damage: $155. 

2009 CMT Music Awards

Yikes. The fashion atrocities at the 2009 CMT Music Awards just kept on coming. Thank god for Taylor Swift, looking cute as a button in her sparkly little mini dress.
