I Need an Office Intervention

I'm completely streesed out right now. Taking a five minute break from work—a mental mini vacation. My office is overflowing with papers and junk. Someone needs to to come help me straighten up my desk. Please help. I guess I should be thankful to be really busy at work during a recession, right.
