The Dog and Pony Show

Requested dress code for the day—casual but smart. I'm not sure what that means! But I finally settled on wearing this today: black stripe tights and a ruffled mini from Banana Republic, white tee from Michael Stars, leather jacket from Moda, scarf Louis Vuitton, bag Marc by Marc Jacobs. Added some retro accessories, New Ray ban Wayfarers and Vintage 1960s Omega Speedmaster—and I was all set.

YSL Iconic High Heel

Holy moly! YSL heels to die for. Not sure if it's possible to walk any significant distance in these, but they for are beautiful to look at. Perfect to just sit and look pretty in.

I just love red shoes—daring enough to make a statement, but still classic. Isn't that what we all strive for?!  5 inch heel (yikes!) with a 1.5 inch platform (I guess that helps a little.)

Welcome to Tuesday

The morning rumble—bottle then goofing around. I love how she makes funny faces and poses for the camera. This little one is just naughty by nature!

Design Collaborations: Calypso St. Barts for Target & Charlotte Ronson for Uniqlo

I'm so excited for these two upcoming design collaborations. Calypso St. Barts for Target is schedule to go on shelves May 1—I think this one is a home run. I love the subtle tie dye prints, tunics, white denim, and beautiful maxi dresses ($1.99–$79.90). I'll be knocking on Target's door at 9 am for this one!

Second one—Charlotte Ronson for Uniqlo's Designer's Invitation Project. The really cute nautical stripe tie-waist dress retails for only $29.99. Collection is launching on May 5 (I'm sure there will be a long line for this one!)

Vintage Teeter Totter

Brought out Rich's old teeter totter from the 70s yesterday. I love all the vintage kids stuff we have found in his parents basement—Campbell likes it too, of course!. (I can't wait to bring out Detective Arthur—one of Rich's favorite toys)

I don't know how safe this one is. It's so funny how relaxed they were with safety regulations back then—just one little bar to hold you in place. No other safety straps or harnesses. I guess it should just be used with parental supervision.

This is Brilliant

Name the famous movie object. It's much harder than you might think—but oh so much fun.

My score is currently 11—17. This will probably end in a loss =)

Sunny Days Are Here Again

Alright, so to be fair to dad, here are some pictures of him and Campbell too.  My two loves.
