Black tie

I have a last minute black-tie event to go to and I've desperately been looking for a dress for the past two days.

Apparently this even is tuxedos for men, but cocktail dresses for women. I have finally found two dresses on bluefly.com that I think would be perfect. I'm thinking of ordering both—just in case. I don't want to be stuck at the last minute without a dress that fits.

I had a real problem finding stuff I liked and dressy enough for the event. I wanted it to be discreet and classic. The crowd is going to be a little on the older side so nothing too revealing and definitely not too short. (About 75% of all dresses were ruled out after I entered that criteria.) And of course, I didn't want to spend too much money. It's easy to find a dress if your budget is huge!
