I think Spring is finally here, or at least the Spring weather (I think technically it doesn't arrive until Sunday or something). But I can't wait to take a long walk for lunch, maybe even stop by to get a mani somewhere!?
One of the girls brought in the most delish mini cupcakes this morning—Chocolate Guinness with Cream Cheese frosting. I have had about four of them already. I better stop right now...but they are just so yummy. I promise, it's totally worth every single calorie. (Link to the recipe below)
Our annual St. Paddy's Day family dinner tonight. This year it will be just me and Cami representing our family. Rich has some kind of gentlemen's fundraiser dinner with the Union Club, or something like that, so tonight it's Arthur girls' night!
