Sunday night and just relaxing after an amazing Easter Sunday. Great weather (71F/22C), great family and great food. Actually mom should be proud of me, today's brunch menu: veggie & cheese and ham & cheese quiches, penne a la vodka, smoked salmon, roasted potatoes, marinated olives, swedish seafood salad, arugula salad, rolls, grilled shrimp and to top it all off home made key lime pie. Delish!
After brunch and a few good rounds of speed bird and we were all done for. We are all very competitive.
