Rolling in the Deep

Perfect ending to a perfect weekend. Swedish style ribs with honey, rosemary and olive oil, pan roasted potatoes, salad and an ice cold beer. decided to pass on the fireworks tonight and cook a wonderful dinner in the backyard instead.
Back to work tomorrow. Ugh. Wish we had another day off...
