Madison Square Park Market

I mentioned last week that they were setting up a  for a food and crafts market in Madison Square Park. Managed to sneak out and check it out during lunch. Interesting food and cute stuff. It's not that big though, but enough to keep you occupied for a an hour or two.

They actually did have meatballs, but they were Danish, not Swedish (not sure of the real difference)—but delish nonetheless. Served with potato salad. Tons of other yummy foods—waffles, Texas BBQ, and above all CUPCAKES from Stumptown. They best I have had in a very long time. Not too sweet, just right.

Booth with cute jewelry, handmade soaps, sea salts from the dead sea and french truffles. Perfect to find some Christmas gifts.

Located 5th Ave/Broadway and 23rd/25/26th streets in New York City
