Woke up in the middle of the night by the worst lightning and thunderstorms. For over an hour I couldn't go back to sleep–it was like someone was switching the light on and off, on and off, and on top of that, rattling pot lids right next to my ear. Of course, once awake, I noticed that I had the worst hang-over ever. Too much wine and champagne last night at Sam's little get together. Debbie is such a bad influence! Or is it the other way around...
Anyway, another crummy day in New York. I really hope that this whole summer is not going to be a wash–I need some sunshine on my shoulders.
