Designer Anna Sui is launching her limited time collection for target on September 13, 2009. In my past experience with Target, the special collections seem to be available a bit earlier that advertised, so if you have seen something you are dead set on getting—show up a few days a head and check online. I really like this black ensemble. Prices starting at $19.99.
