I know everyone claims that Magnolia Bakery on Bleeker Street makes the best cupcakes in New York. I, however, disagree. I think Billy's Bakery on 9th Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets, would give Magnolia a run for their money. After dinner in Meatpacking, there is nothing better than a walk up 9th for a pit stop at Billy's. Personal favorites are Chocolate and Coconut cupcakes. Oh so good!
