In my currently sporadic effort to save money, I have decided that forever 21 has the cutest stuff for the best price. Knowing myself, I like clothes for a few months and then I'm over it. Spending $250 on a t-shirt is not the best use of my (or anyone else's for that matter) money. Well, I found these two super cute tops from forever21.com (I can't go to the store–it's way to disorganized). Both are under $20. A fresh white shirt ($17.80) with dark skinny jeans, or a cute flowery top ($19.80) with a white denim mini. Simply adorable!
