I never shop in second hand stores—not because I don't like vintage style, but I always find them disorganized and smelly. Often all the good things are hidden amongst tons of garbage. I guess I don't have the patience for digging through piles of stuff.
I have recently discovered Etsy.com. It's an online market place for handcrafted and vintage stuff. You can find the coolest things and it's not expensive either. Most of the stuff is no brand items, but that just means a cheaper price tag! But once in a while you find stuff from Gucci, Ferragamo and Bond Street. Great way of shopping for vintage!
